The Survey assessing satisfaction and commitment of SBPAC personnel towards the organization, Fiscal year 2023

On September 15, 2023, Lecturer Meena Radenahmad from the Accounting Program, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Chomphoonut Sripong, conducted fieldwork to survey the assessment of satisfaction and commitment of SBPAC personnel to the organization, Fiscal Year 2023. The research involved interviewing civil servants, employees, and independent contractors, totaling 60 persons. The purpose of the interview was to collect job satisfaction issues and commitment of SBPAC personnel to the organization, as well as gather recommendations for improving the internal administration of the SBPAC. The interview was conducted at the Division of Promotion and Support for Civil Development Work, Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center Building (SBPAC).
