In the academic year 2018 onwards, All Universities will use the system to recruit students called TCAS (Thai university Central Admission System) which has three main principles as follows:

1. students should graduating from high school or Mathayom 6.
2. For equality each applicant has only one right to accept the course.
3. All Universities under Ministry of Education will enter the Clearing House system for manage one applicant's rights.
