Second-Year Students to Learn Hotel Service Skills, Communication, Social Etiquette, and universal Dining Etiquette

 On March 5th, 2024, the lecturers and second-year students of the Bachelor of Business Administration, Tourism Hotel and Event Program at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Yala Rajabhat University, organized an activity to enhance the vocational competencies and skills of the students related to hotel work. The students participated in the activity which aimed at providing them with practical experiences of the working behaviors of successful hotel service personnel, the communicative behaviors of employees, social etiquette, and universal dining methods. The activity was designed to increase the working skills of the students and prepare them for future careers. It was held at LAGUNA GRAND HOTEL & SPA SONGKHLA.
