FMS, YRU conducts fieldwork to train volunteers on tourist safety at Kao Nam Kang.

On February 3, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Sukrita Raksudjarit, who is the Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, along with Lecturer Dr. Teerayut Muleng, who is the Vice-Dean for the Administration and International Relations Division, and also a co-researcher, conducted a fieldwork to train the safety volunteer group for tourists visiting Kao Nam Kang. This training program is a part of the initiative for safe tourism and the improvement of a multi-cultural society to a peaceful society in Ban Piyamit 5 (Kao Nam Kang) and the edge community of Natawee district, Songkhla province. Mr. Maitree Puttawong, who is the Director of the Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (Public Organization), and Mr. Noppadol Chuayduang, Strategy, and Policy Analyst, along with Mr. Sucheep Kaewnopparat, Mr. Wirat Chanajit, and Mr. Jeerayut Kongket, who are Coaches of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Area 12, Songkhla, were honored as guest lecturers who shared their knowledge with the volunteers. The training took place at Kao Namkang National Park, Natawee district, Songkhla province.
