FMS.YRU is currently conducting fieldwork to monitor and observe a project that involves the application of innovative biological substances to address a new type of leaf loss disease in rubber, affecting the main economic crop of the southern region.

 On January 30th, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Nantharat Namburi, the Project Chief of the management research project for southern border development, alongside Mr. Teerawit Tiankaroj, the Director of the Royal Development Project Coordination and Special Affairs Division, and Mr. Somkiat Chauysang, Policy and Plan Analyst of the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC), conducted fieldwork to follow up and observe the project that aims to address a new type of leaf loss disease in rubber which affects the main economic crop of the southern region. Assistant Professor Dr. Isma-ae Jaelong, the Research Project Head, along with the Co-Researchers Team and Physician Sommai Boonkliang, the Secretary-Assistant of the Southern Border Provinces Administration Centre (SBPAC), presided over the opening ceremony, with Mr. Teera Sosuwan, the Director of Rubber Authority of Thailand, Yala Branch, and Mr. Bukoree Jaewae, the Director of Rubber Authority of Thailand, Raman Branch, participating at Ban Kototuera, Raman district, Yala province.
