Faculty of Management Sciences, Yala Rajabhat University Debuts the Project of Gen Z Gen Biz Innovation Camp Season 2: Spark creative ideas for Youth entrepreneurs Becoming Innovative Business Entrepreneurs.

On 5 February 2022, the Faculty of Management Sciences, Yala Rajabhat University, organized the Gen Z Gen Biz Innovation Camp Season 2 Project, the training curriculum of innovation management training for the Deep South STEAM 4 INNOVATOR Coaching Program, under the concept of sparking creative ideas for becoming youth entrepreneurs. Dr. Sirichai Namburi, Vice-President of the Yala Rajabhat University, gave the honor to preside over the ceremony. The objectives were to generate the cognitive and realization of the importance of innovation development in the southern border areas. It is for the youths who are interested in being innovative business entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the project can get them to perceive the innovation development process until they become the youth innovators in such areas. Besides, the workshop emphasizes the driving of innovative economy from the community base, including building cooperative networks to exchange, learn, and create the innovative ecosystem in the areas. 

 Associate Professor Dr. Nantharat Namburi, the Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, revealed that the Project of GenZ GenBiz Innovation Camp Season 2 is the project under the cooperation between Yala Rajabhat University and National Innovation Agency (NIA). The objectives are to transfer cognition of innovative business development to the youths in the southern border provinces through the workshop pursuing the STEAM INNOVATOR guidance. It also enhances them to perceive the STEAM INNOVATOR contents from practicing and applying the skills to integrate with the existing resources to lead to the being of innovation, extend such knowledge to develop the new businesses. It enhances the youth innovator in such areas to have skills of live ling learning, knows how to seek for opportunities, have critical and creative thinking and develop the proposals using the principles of science, technology, and innovation, as well as create the cooperation among the youth in various Faculties, educational institutes in the areas. The organizations in both public and private sectors give cooperate to improve the youth's abilities. The qualification of the participants must be the students studying in four higher education institutes, which included Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, and Songkla. 

Associate Professor Dr. Nantharat Namburi, Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, added that the participants would be incubated the knowledge and processes for the youth innovator intensively through GenZ GenBiz Innovation Camp Season 2. Such activities consisted of building the networks with the involved organizations, Trainer’s Lad activity, introduction to steam four innovators activity (training of basic cognitive in four weeks coaching by the consultants and entrepreneurs, and Pitching Day activity to incubate the youth to be the new species of economic warrior who will be the persons driving the economy, innovation from the community base creatively in the future.
