Abstract
The purpose of the research is to develop tools that can help promote the marketing of cafes
and study customer satisfaction behavior. By choosing a prototype for application development,
accumulating points, and promotional news of Proud Coffee shop. the research methodology process

customers to use as a mobile application and storefront program for employees. for customers can
easily access information and benefits such as promotion and updates news all times. To study
customer behavior and satisfaction By using simple random sampling, 50 sets of tools used in the study
as a questionnaire. The content is checked for accuracy by experts. The statistics used for data analysis
are Descriptive statistics include percentage, mean, standard deviation. According to preliminary data,
most respondents are female, aged between 20-30 years, have a bachelor's degree. Most of them are
students. The results of the study of the effectiveness of the software and the software design found
that there is a high level of satisfaction. and the results the service receive of users, it was found a very
satisfying level.
