"Cultural Market"

On 26 November 2020, Bachelor of Accounting organized the activity of “Cultural Market” around the Fountain Field, in front of the Faculty of Management Sciences. This activity was about the integration between the instructions activity and arts and cultural maintenance activity. There were demonstrations and distributions of various kinds of food from students in each group such as Pla Som Song Krueng (Spicy fermented fish with herbs), Hanuman Klook Foon (a Thai dessert), Hed Jor (Fried Mushroom), Khanom Sangkhaya Namtan Mai (Thai Caramel Egg Pudding), Spaghetti Kaew Wan Kai (Green Curry Chicken Spaghetti), and Kanom Fak Bua (a Thai dessert). The students of each group had to collect the knowledge bases of such food types to acquire a processing stage to become the knowledge bases on the arts and cultural maintenance for this curriculum further.
